I created in my Hubzilla cloud

Yet displayed Hubzilla https://hub.freecommunication.org/cloud/ the folder Folder1 for Hubzilla guest (not logged visitor).

Is it a bug or a feauture, that not logged visitor view folder1? @Hubzilla Development+ @Hubzilla Support Forum+
