Perhaps you could make a little dropdown menu that integrates into the Hubzilla project page nav bar (use for example the icon http://fontawesome.io/icon/language/) so that people can select another language other than the auto-detected one that was served to them.

It is on your app page, the button called Language. See /lang for the URL and language menu on your hub.

maybe it is misunderstanding. I think @Andrew Manning mean here one language button for guest visitors. Or I can activate the language app also for guest visitor?
