Question about Hubzilla-Diaspora Federation
I have connected two Accounts in Hubzilla-network AcH and in Diaspora-network AcD. The Diaspora-protocol on my hub is activ and the messages from Diaspora-Account AcD can I problem-free in Hubzilla-network receive. In Geraspora receive I only not-public messages from Hubzilla-network for Account AcD.
Is it a bug or feature, that public-messages from Hubzilla-Account AcH cann't receive in Diaspora-network in Account AcD?

I have the same problem for a DEV hubzilla hub (still standard v.),
diaspora (2 pods) do not get public posts it's 13 days. Until 13 days ago worked well.

It's not my 'hellvecio', are other channels (as radio giaco for ex.)...giac hellvecio does not have federation.
but it seems that the problem exists for dev hubs, i saw now problems with other dev hub (not just one), diaspora lost public posts again also for that hub (11 days ago the last p.post in 2 pods).
Not sure if I understand the problem yet. Is it when you create a new post, or also when you comment on a post?

what I saw : it seems that diaspora does not get more public posts from 2 dev hubs ( I'm not the admin). Before ( 11-14 days ago) worked well.
Another thing I've noticed (but this is old story), sometimes the clone takes over posts, sometimes 'clone rebellious' is wanting to be the main in the diaspora world

Log entries (LOGGER_ALL)?
Most important would be the 'diaspora_build_msg' output to see if XML was generated, followed by the Notifier listing the calculated hubs to receive the message. Then there should be a queue item for that site as well as a queue deliver/failed message for that site. The Delivery Report provides a lot of this (everything except the XML) in a much faster and accessible format.
Next on the list would be the version of Diaspora since the Diaspora protocol is changing and Hubzilla's addon does not yet incorporate all the recent changes. This would be important if the message was 'accepted for delivery' on the remote site but still doesn't show up on that network.
Best of luck. I don't use either Hubzilla or Diaspora so all I can do is advise.

Well there ya' go. Hubzilla doesn't think it should deliver the comment to Diaspora.
Zotlabs/Daemon/Notifier.php on the Hubzilla side is where those decisions are made, with the help of Diaspora plugin hooks which tie into this general purpose message distribution center. Think of it as the post office. It looks at each message and says "who is this going to?" and what hubs they are on and then queues up the messages to those hubs. Then it fires up a delivery process to delivery them. The most recent change to this component was about five days ago, but according to Giaco, the problems started before then. The last change to this component before that was in November.
In the Diaspora plugin, the most recent dev changes were on April 5th, which is in the general timeframe when things presumably stopped working. I would scrutinise those changes. You would have some issues if you pulled core anytime after March 29th, but didn't pick up the addon fixes that were made April 5th. So the first thing to do is pull both core and addons now and try again.

I got "no results" also in parlementum right now using 'test fed' channel @Carolus Rex , maybe you can take a look.
I updated everything, core and addons, yesterday. I am seeing posts and comments from Diaspora in my timeline for my contacts :/

but I saw the same problem now in vilarejo after the admin updated hz and the addons, both, so ... is not just a parlementum problem.

The d* issue in dev should be #fixed now please pull again both core and addons.

a good solution for the other problem neue medienordnung plus, is: your diaspora contacts add both, the main and its clones ... I do not see other alternatives as diaspora does not have the ability to handle the hz clones.

in diaspora this main became clone sometimes and clone became main sometimes... so > ADD both and diaspora does not lose nothing.

I see, that yet public-messages from Hubzilla-account AcH are partially received in Diaspora-network in account AcD. For example:

I suspect that your hub.freecommunication.org has problems with federation,
in gerzila.de (from diaspora) you can see a lot of repetitions comments (from hub.freecommunication.org) , but in your main channel (hub.freecommunication.org) from diaspora I can not see nothing , absolutely nothing in your wall ( diaspora wall),
So I really think that for federation hub.freecommunication.org does not work, or it really works badly, maybe you have to reset it, lift the d- protocol, then enable it again.

In all these years of federation I've never seen so many repeated comments, as 10 times in the same post, and are repetitions of the main post in a comment form,
