Riot https://riot.im/ is constructs on https://matrix.org/ -standard. Is it correct, that matrix-standard is allied to redmatrix?

No, Hubzilla (formerly known as RedMatrix) is a different project with aligned goals, built on the Zot protocol. One could say Riot-Matrix is focused on group chat with content exchange. While Hubzilla-Zot is about social publishing and content management. Both protocols are quite generic, though. However, Matrix doesn't have the concept of nomadic identity, which is unique to Zot.
