Which access authorisation settings be effective for one item item321, that is public with authorisation settings for:
1) Group123 in my Connections
2) AND !OneForumChannelWhat is meaning with "Discretion conflict. Discretion advised" for this item?

It's the other way around. This is BBCode syntax.

But for me works in this channel/ forum item, but for one webpage with BBCode-Format I get only [observer.baseurl stringvalue without "/help"-string. Can you please test for one webpage?
